We believe in doing right by our clients. If something isn’t working, we want to make it right — not hide behind fine print. This policy explains how we handle refunds and cancellations with transparency and fairness.

◈ For our creative services
Since most of our work is custom and collaborative, refunds depend on where we are in the process. Here’s how it works:
🔍 Discovery phase
If we’ve just started talking and no work has begun, your deposit is fully refundable. We want you to feel 100% confident before moving forward.
✏️ In progress
Once creative work has started, the deposit is non-refundable — we’ve reserved time and energy for your project. But we’ll always pause and discuss if you’re having second thoughts.
✅ Completed work
For finished deliverables that meet the agreed scope, no refund applies — but if something isn’t right, we’ll revise until you’re happy. That’s our guarantee.
◈ Cancelling a project
Sometimes plans change — we get it. If you need to cancel an active project:
- You’re always paid for work delivered up to that point.
- We’ll provide all completed files and assets (you own what you’ve paid for).
- Any remaining balance for work not yet started can be refunded or credited.
- We’ll settle things fairly, with a human conversation — no drama.
We’ve never had a cancellation go sideways, because we talk it through.
◈ Templates & digital products
For any ready-made products (like design templates or digital downloads):
- Within 14 days — if you haven’t downloaded or used the product, we offer a full refund. Just email us.
- After download/use — due to the digital nature, we can’t offer refunds, but we’ll always help with any issues or questions.
- Defective or not as described — we’ll fix it or refund you, no questions asked.
◈ Workshops & events
For any paid workshops or events (online or in-person):
- Cancellation up to 7 days before: full refund.
- Less than 7 days: credit toward a future session (because we’ve already reserved your spot and materials).
- If we need to cancel for any reason, you get 100% refund or credit — your choice.
◈ How refunds are processed
When a refund is approved:
- We’ll process it within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- You’ll get a confirmation email when it’s done.
- For partial refunds, we’ll explain exactly how the amount was calculated.
◈ Rare exceptions
In very rare cases (like duplicated payments, technical errors, or extreme circumstances), we may offer refunds outside this policy. We handle each situation individually, with empathy and common sense. Just talk to us.
⤷ The human rule: If something feels unfair, tell us. We’ll find a solution together.
◈ If we can’t agree
We’ve never had a dispute that couldn’t be solved with a conversation. But if we somehow can’t reach an understanding:
- We’re open to mediation (it’s usually fast and fair).
- We follow the same governing law as our Terms & Conditions.
- But honestly — we’d rather just talk it through.
