Oblate Studio respects the privacy of clients, prospective clients, website visitors and authorised account users. This Policy explains the information we may collect, why we use it and the choices that may be available to you.
Information We Collect
We may collect names, business email addresses, phone or WhatsApp numbers, country, time zone, company information, requested services, image volume, budget, deadline, reference links, delivery preferences, NDA requirements, quotations, project records and account communications. The hosting environment may also create limited security and technical logs.
How We Use Information
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess scope, prepare quotations, manage approved projects and accounts, deliver work, handle revisions, prevent misuse, maintain records and meet applicable obligations.
Project Files
The public enquiry form does not provide unrestricted file upload. Clients may provide a suitable reference link or agree on a controlled transfer method. Project files are used only for review and performance of the agreed service.
Sharing
Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with authorised studio personnel, hosting or email providers, controlled delivery services, professional advisers or authorities where legally required. Oblate Studio does not intend to sell personal information.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiry handling, project delivery, financial or security records, dispute management and applicable obligations. Retention may differ by record type and project agreement.
Your Requests

Security
Oblate Studio uses controlled access, form validation and limited public collection. No internet, email or cloud system can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
Children
The commercial services and client accounts are not intended for children.
