Published prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Final cost follows the approved quotation.
Quotations
A quotation may specify service, volume, price, deposit, payment schedule, validity, delivery target, revisions and add-ons.
Payment
Available methods, currency conversion, fees and tax treatment depend on the approved payment arrangement. No payment-provider support is claimed until configured.
Deposits and Cancellation
Deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be stated in the approved quotation or agreement before work begins.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is reviewed according to the approved scope, work already completed, costs incurred, delivery status and applicable law. Completed or delivered customised digital work may not qualify for a full refund. Duplicate payments and verified technical delivery failures will be reviewed individually.
