Client Materials
The client retains rights in source materials the client owns. Supplying files gives Oblate Studio permission only to review, process and deliver the agreed work.
Studio Materials
Oblate Studio retains ownership of pre-existing tools, workflows, templates, internal systems, reusable methods, website code and components excluded from the client deliverable.
Final Deliverables
Ownership or licence rights follow the approved quotation or agreement, including whether rights transfer, when transfer takes effect, whether full payment is required and whether editable source files are included.
Portfolio Use
Client work is not automatically published. Appropriate permission is required before publishing a client name, logo, comparison, testimonial, project narrative, outcome or confidential campaign material.
Conceptual Visuals
AI-generated service visuals and self-initiated concepts must be labelled so they are not presented as client work or verified commercial outcomes.
Testimonials
Published testimonials must reflect genuine feedback. Relevant material relationships or incentives should be disclosed.
