These terms apply to accepted retouching, image-production, AI-enhancement, illustration and related projects.
Scope
Each project should identify source files, volume, intended use, output specifications, delivery method, review points, revision allowance, price and schedule. Work outside the approved scope may require a revised quotation.
Client Materials
The client is responsible for supplying materials the client is authorised to use and for disclosing third-party rights, confidentiality limits, prohibited editing and product-accuracy requirements.
Production Methods
Oblate Studio may use Photoshop-led methods and relevant supporting technologies. AI-assisted details require review, especially where product accuracy is commercially important.
Delivery and Delay
Delivery dates are targets based on approved scope and timely client cooperation. Late files, incomplete instructions, changed scope, delayed feedback or third-party interruption may affect timing.
Revisions
A revision is a reasonable adjustment within the approved brief. New direction, replacement source files, expanded volume or changes after approval may be quoted separately.
Client Review
The review period and final-approval process will be stated in the approved quotation or project agreement.
