These Terms govern access to the Oblate Studio website and its public information, enquiry tools and general online services.
Project Formation
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee project acceptance, a particular price, turnaround, free sample or client account. A project becomes binding only when scope, price, deliverables, schedule and material conditions are approved through a quotation, agreement or documented approval.
Pricing
Published prices are starting references for eligible work. Final pricing may depend on source condition, volume, complexity, deadline, revision needs and delivery specifications. The approved quotation takes priority.
Acceptable Website Use
You must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, submit malicious code, impersonate another party, scrape private information or bypass security controls.
Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, original text, custom icons and brand materials belong to Oblate Studio or are used with appropriate permission. Access does not grant ownership.
Availability and Warranty
The website may be changed or temporarily unavailable. Oblate Studio does not promise uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility or error-free operation.
Applicable Law
Any dispute will be handled under the law and forum stated in the relevant approved agreement and, where no separate agreement applies, under applicable law.
